Masala Kheema (spicy minced meat)

Kheema or mince can be made from any meat that you prefer.
Ingredients:
1 / 2 kg of meat
3 tbsp oil
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
2 medium chopped onions
1 tablespoon chopped garlic
1 tablespoon ginger
2 tablespoons coriander powder in
1 st.l.tmina powder
1 tablespoon garam masala
Salt to taste
2 medium chopped tomatoes
Juice of 1 / 2 lime
Chopped coriander leaves for garnish
Preparation:
Heat the oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and fry for 1 minute. Add onion. Fry until pale golden.
Add ginger, garlic, fry for 1 minute.
Add mince and all the powdered spices - coriander, cumin, garam masala and salt to taste.
Fry until brown. This should take about 5-7 minutes.
Add tomatoes and cook until their softness.
Turn off fire, add lime juice and stir.
Serve with hot chapatis.
